I am so happy to share with you guys some of my favorite healthy shakes recipes for weight loss. Of course from there you can start to create your very own recipes using some of the ingredients featured in my best diet for abs article that I previously published.
Weight Loss Shake Recipes an Easy Alternative to Commercial Snacks.
If you are tired to buy low fat or 0 fat snacks from the stores the best alternative I found was to start making my own healthy shakes. Not only they are so fresh and packed with all you need for your diet but they are also delicious. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to start making smoothies.I like to get my fruits and veggies at wholefood or similar. I feel that regarding fruits and veggies quality is over quantity. You might want to buy organic. Little pricy but so worth it. Unless you’re lucky enough to have a garden. Then what can be better then your own strawberries or else.
First of all you’ll need a proper blender. You don’t have to spend of fortune in it. I bought mine for 35 bucks and it does the job. Now if you can afford the upscale one like nutribullet or ninja whatever then go for it. You just need to make sure that the blades are stronger enough to blend frozen ingredients. Not all of then can blend ice. Trust me I already broke a few.
You can start making healthy smoothies recipes for weight loss easily by mixing fruits or greens with yogurt. You can add sweeteners like stevia or pure agave sugar. Personally I don’t really need sugar added to my weight loss shakes. Less sugar less calories.

The most common mistake is a high carb breakfast. Doing so will lead you to more cravings and snaking through the day.
